Crow Rock Lodge is owned and operated from Lake of the Woods, Ontario, Canada (summer mailing address: Box 300, Longbow Lake, Ontario, P0X 1H0). When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Crow Rock Lodge.

What we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit an inquiry through our reservation form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred dates, party size, package interest, fishing preferences, and anything you write in the notes field.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our analytics and advertising tools collect: your IP address (anonymized where technically possible), browser type and version, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring website, and country of origin.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your inquiry data with third parties other than those listed above.
Data storage & transfer
Crow Rock Lodge is based in Ontario, Canada. However, some of the third-party services we use store data on servers outside Canada — primarily in the United States. These services include Airtable (inquiry data), Resend (email), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, Sentry, and Vercel.
By submitting an inquiry or accepting cookies on this site, you acknowledge and consent to your information being stored and processed outside Canada. We only use services with strong security practices and published privacy policies.
Note: our existing reservation management system also stores guest data outside Canada. This is consistent with how we have always managed guest records.

- Know what third parties received your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe we have violated your rights (priv.gc.ca)
